Free Delivery Conditions
Orders over £45 are delivered free except for large food items and litters. Due to their weight these items will be charged at £5.95 for the first 15kg and then a additional 0.20p per extra kilo.

* For orders received before 12pm and in stock. Some postcodes will receive a minimum two day service. Orders placed after our 12pm cut off time will be processed the next working day
Weights are automatically calculated as products are added to the shopping basket and the appropriate service selected. The Mini Shopping Basket on the left will show you your shipping costs as you add products, so you always know what you will be charged before proceeding to the checkout.
For your peace of mind all our delivery options require a signature, no parcels will be left, so you may prefer to have the goods sent to your place of work. You can specify a different delivery address during the checkout process. If you are out when our courier attempts delivery they will leave you a card with the Drivers mobile telephone number so you can arrange a convenient time for re-delivery.
Certain heavy items, rabbit hutches for instance, may be delivered direct from the manufacturer. You will be contacted if this is the case.
If, for any reason there is a delay in despatching your goods you will be notified as soon as we can, it is therefore important you supply a daytime contact number AND valid email address. We will primarily use your email address to notify you about shipping details ets so please check your inbox.
All damages or missing items must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods. You can cancel any order at anytime before despatch. Please call us
