At present we are only able to deliver to addresses in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. If you would like items shipped outside the UK, please contact us and we will see if we can help you .

Free Delivery Conditions

*Orders over £45 are delivered free up to 25kg, over this weight you will be charged at £4.80

If out of stock we will tell you as soon as possible by email but in most cases out of stock items are dispatched within 6 working days at the latest

Weights are automatically calculated as products are added to the shopping basket and the appropriate service selected.

For your peace of mind all parcels delivered by Courier require a signature, no parcels will be left, so you may prefer to have the goods sent to your place of work. You can specify a different delivery address during the checkout process. If you are out when our courier attempts delivery they will leave you a card.

Certain heavy items, rabbit hutches for instance, may be delivered direct from the manufacturer. You will be contacted if this is the case.

If, for any reason there is a delay in despatching your goods you will be notified as soon as we can, it is therefore important you supply a daytime contact number AND valid email address. We will primarily use your email address to notify you about shipping details etc so please check your inbox.

All damages or missing items must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods. You can cancel any order at any time before despatch. Please call us.

Packaging

Wherever possible Petshop2u recycles and re uses packaging from our suppliers.... although it may not look pretty you can rest assured your items have still been packed carefully by us!
